We Have Inventory. How Can We Help?

Now Taking Orders.

Projects stalled? We’re here to help. Our Fall River workshop is closed until May 18, in compliance with the State of Massachusetts social distancing mandate. But our entire business development, inside sales, marketing, finance, design and operations teams are working full-time to ensure that we are ready to ship as soon as we are able to open our doors.

We are taking orders now so let us know how we can help. Here’s what we’re offering:
 
We offer 2-12 week lead times. Here’s how it works:
  • For in-stock products (sisaljutesisal and wool, wool broadloom) we can start shipping as early as May 4 (unless the mandate is extended); orders accepted in early April will ship the first two weeks of May
  • For Fall River products (made-to-order rugs, e.g. Portfolio and Atelier), we are offering a 6-12 week lead time, while yarns are in stock
  • While we cannot provide strike-offs until our workshop reopens, we can provide digital renderings and quotes.
Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you place your order in April you can expect shipment in a 12-week timeframe.
